fa اثر رهبری تحول‌آفرین مدیران مدارس بر خلاقیت تدریس معلمان: یک فراتحلیل مدیریت منابع انسانی Human Resources Management پژوهشي Research این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و تحلیل یافته‌های مطالعات پیشین درباره تأثیر رهبری تحول‌آفرین مدیران مدارس بر خلاقیت تدریس معلمان انجام شده است. مسئله اصلی پژوهش ناشی از اهمیت روزافزون خلاقیت در نظام تعلیم و تربیت و نقش کلیدی معلمان در ارتقای کیفیت یادگیری است، در حالی که تفاوت قابل توجهی در میزان بروز خلاقیت آموزشی در مدارس مختلف مشاهده می‌شود. در همین راستا، این سؤال مطرح می‌شود که رهبری تحول‌آفرین مدیران مدارس از چه طریق و با چه سازوکارهایی می‌تواند بر خلاقیت تدریس معلمان اثرگذار باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع مرور نظام‌مند و تحلیلی است که با بررسی و تحلیل مطالعات داخلی و خارجی مرتبط بین سال‌های 2010 تا 2025 و استفاده از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی علمی معتبر انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که رهبری تحول‌آفرین تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر خلاقیت معلمان دارد، اما این اثر به‌صورت مستقیم نبوده و تحت تأثیر عوامل میانجی مانند خودکارآمدی، رضایت شغلی، انگیزش حرفه‌ای و تعهد سازمانی قرار دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که جوّ مدرسه و فرهنگ سازمانی نقش مهمی در تقویت یا تضعیف این رابطه دارند. نوآوری این پژوهش در ارائه یک جمع‌بندی تحلیلی از نتایج پراکنده مطالعات و تبیین نقش سازوکارهای روان‌شناختی و سازمانی در اثرگذاری رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر خلاقیت تدریس معلمان است.<br> &nbsp; This study was conducted to examine and analyze the findings of previous studies on the effect of transformational leadership of school principals on teachers&#39; teaching creativity. The main research problem stems from the growing importance of creativity in the education system and the key role of teachers in enhancing learning quality, while considerable variation is observed in the extent to which educational creativity emerges across different schools. In this regard, the question arises as to how and through what mechanisms transformational leadership of school principals can influence teachers&#39; teaching creativity. The research method is a systematic and analytical review, conducted by examining and analyzing related domestic and foreign studies published between 2010 and 2025, using reputable scientific databases. The findings showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teachers&#39; creativity; however, this effect is not direct and is influenced by mediating factors such as self-efficacy, job satisfaction, professional motivation, and organizational commitment. The results also indicated that school climate and organizational culture play an important role in strengthening or weakening this relationship. The innovation of this research lies in providing an analytical synthesis of the dispersed results of previous studies and in explaining the role of psychological and organizational mechanisms in the influence of transformational leadership on teachers&#39; teaching creativity. رهبری تحول‌آفرین, خلاقیت تدریس معلمان, مدیریت آموزشی, جوّ مدرسه, خودکارآمدی.
