fa تاثیر هوش مصنوعی مولد برآموزش و یادگیری مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات Information Technology Management پژوهشي Research تحولات سریع فناوری‌های نوین، به‌ویژه هوش مصنوعی، زمینه‌ساز تغییرات گسترده‌ای در نظام‌های آموزشی شده است. در این میان، هوش مصنوعی مولد (Generative AI) به‌عنوان یکی از پیشرفته‌ترین فناوری‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، با قابلیت تولید متن، تصویر، صوت و سایر محتواهای دیجیتال، فرصت‌های جدیدی برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری فراهم کرده است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر هوش مصنوعی مولد بر آموزش و یادگیری با تأکید بر فرصت‌ها، چالش‌ها و راهکارهای استفاده بهینه از این فناوری است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی&ndash;تحلیلی بوده و با استفاده از روش اسنادی&ndash;کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. داده‌های موردنیاز از طریق مطالعه کتاب‌ها، مقالات علمی، گزارش‌های معتبر و اسناد پژوهشی داخلی و خارجی گردآوری و به روش تحلیل محتوا بررسی شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که هوش مصنوعی مولد با فراهم کردن امکان شخصی‌سازی یادگیری، تولید سریع محتوای آموزشی، ارائه بازخورد هوشمند و افزایش تعامل میان معلمان و فراگیران، می‌تواند موجب بهبود کیفیت آموزش، افزایش انگیزه یادگیری، تقویت خلاقیت و ارتقای عملکرد تحصیلی شود. در مقابل، چالش‌هایی مانند تقلب علمی، کاهش تفکر انتقادی، وابستگی بیش از حد به فناوری، تولید اطلاعات نادرست و مسائل مرتبط با حریم خصوصی و اخلاق نیز از مهم‌ترین پیامدهای این فناوری به شمار می‌روند. بر این اساس، استفاده مؤثر از هوش مصنوعی مولد مستلزم تدوین سیاست‌های آموزشی مناسب، ارتقای سواد هوش مصنوعی، آموزش کاربران و نظارت مستمر بر نحوه به‌کارگیری این فناوری است. در مجموع، نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که هوش مصنوعی مولد در صورت استفاده آگاهانه و مسئولانه می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری مکمل در کنار معلمان، نقش مؤثری در ارتقای کیفیت نظام آموزشی و تحقق یادگیری اثربخش ایفا کند.<span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;"></span><br> &nbsp; Rapid developments in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, have paved the way for extensive changes in educational systems. Among these, generative AI, as one of the most advanced AI-based technologies, with the ability to generate text, images, audio, and other digital content, has provided new opportunities for enhancing the quality of education and learning. The aim of this research is to examine the impact of generative AI on education and learning, with emphasis on opportunities, challenges, and strategies for the optimal use of this technology. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method, conducted using a documentary-library method. The required data were collected through the study of books, scientific articles, reputable reports, and domestic and foreign research documents, and were examined using content analysis. The findings showed that generative AI, by providing the possibility of personalized learning, rapid generation of educational content, intelligent feedback, and increased interaction between teachers and learners, can improve the quality of education, increase learning motivation, strengthen creativity, and enhance academic performance. On the other hand, challenges such as academic cheating, reduced critical thinking, excessive dependence on technology, generation of inaccurate information, and issues related to privacy and ethics are among the most important consequences of this technology. Accordingly, the effective use of generative AI requires the formulation of appropriate educational policies, enhancement of AI literacy, user training, and continuous monitoring of how this technology is applied. Overall, the results indicate that generative AI, if used consciously and responsibly, can serve as a complementary tool alongside teachers and play an effective role in enhancing the quality of the educational system and achieving effective learning. هوش مصنوعی مولد, آموزش و یادگیری, یادگیری شخصی‌سازی‌شده, فناوری‌های آموزشی.
