| The present study was conducted with the aim of examining the application of quantum communication in management and redefining the relationship among the manager, the organizational actor, the organization, and organizational reality. This study attempts to show how quantum concepts, including uncertainty, entanglement, superposition, and the observer effect, can provide a novel framework for analyzing organizational interactions and managerial decision-making. The research is analytical-descriptive and integrative, conducted using conceptual analysis, a literature review, and semi-structured interviews with managers and organizational experts. Data were processed through qualitative content analysis and conceptual modeling, and the relationships among key concepts were identified. The findings showed that manager-actor, manager-organization, and manager-reality relationships in complex and dynamic environments are nonlinear, superpositional, and entangled. Successful managers are those who are able to analyze network interactions and, by accepting uncertainty and the superposition of decisions, strengthen coordination and convergence among actors and organizational units. Furthermore, organizational reality is formed as a dynamic phenomenon that is influenced by the continuous interaction of the manager and actors, and its feedback guides the manager's future decisions and behaviors. Integrating quantum theories with organizational behavior provides a comprehensive, flexible, and dynamic framework for analyzing managerial and organizational relationships. This framework redefines the manager's role from a hierarchical decision-maker to a facilitator of complex interactions and a shaper of organizational reality, and strengthens flexible, innovative, and learning organizations. |
