| In recent years, the increasing rate of employee turnover and competition to attract key talents have become one of the most important challenges for privatized organizations. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between talent attraction policies and turnover intention with the mediating role of motivation in private organizations in Tehran Province. The research was applied and correlational, and data were collected quantitatively. The statistical population included employees of private organizations in Tehran Province, and a sample of 220 individuals was selected using the convenience sampling method. The data collection instrument was a standard questionnaire including the constructs of talent attraction policies, motivation, and turnover intention, whose reliability and validity had been confirmed in previous studies. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling based on partial least squares. The findings showed that talent attraction policies directly increased employee motivation and reduced turnover intention, and that motivation played a significant mediating role in this relationship. These results emphasized the importance of designing human-centered and justice-oriented attraction policies and attending to employee motivation in reducing turnover intention. Therefore, smart attraction policies can enhance employee retention and improve organizational performance. |
