The main objective of this research is to present a conceptual model of the effect of supplier innovation on organizational performance, with emphasis on the role of supply chain integration and green supply chain management in food industry companies in Tehran Province. In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and in terms of method, it is descriptive-analytical with a survey and causal approach. The statistical population of the research consists of managers of companies active in the food industry in Tehran Province, from among whom 114 individuals were selected as the statistical sample using the Cochran formula. The standard questionnaire of Friege et al. (2024) was used to collect the data required for the research. The validity of the research instrument was examined and confirmed through face validity and confirmatory factor analysis using the KMO index, and its reliability was also confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the entire questionnaire. In the data analysis process, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were employed; descriptive analyses were conducted using SPSS version 21, and structural equation modeling and LISREL version 8.8 were used to test the hypotheses and analyze the relationships among the variables. The results of the research based on the path analysis technique showed that trust has a significant effect on supplier innovation. Furthermore, supplier innovation has a significant effect on sustainable performance, supply chain integration, and green supply chain management. In addition, the results indicate that supply chain integration and green supply chain management also significantly affect the sustainable performance of the organization. The findings also showed that supply chain integration plays a mediating role in the relationship between supplier innovation and sustainable performance. Moreover, green supply chain management also plays a mediating role in this relationship and can strengthen the effect of supplier innovation on the sustainable performance of the organization. Finally, based on the obtained results, practical recommendations are provided for improving organizational performance and enhancing interactions among supply chain members in food industry companies.
